The optimal grant-seeking approach, unique to each organization, is developed in partnership with the client. Fees are based on the individual needs of the client as each client is different and each grant project is different. Consulting services can be contracted on an hourly or longer-term retainer basis.
Readiness Assessment
A grant readiness assessment will highlight if a nonprofit is organizationally and financially ready to apply and meet the requirements of a grant. This is especially helpful for organizations with limited to no experience applying for grants.
Project Management
Having a solid plan in place for pursuing, tracking, and managing grants is essential for a successful grant strategy. Working closely with the client to understand the organization needs and structure, I help define processes and develop a grant calendar and tracking models that support the grant plan.
Funder Research
The time and ability to research multiple sources and databases to find potential grants can be overwhelming. I have extensive research experience and access to numerous sources to find the funders that are most applicable for your organization. You will be provided with a document of 10-15 potential funders that includes a number of criteria such as funder details, application guidelines, and “best fit” ranking.

Extensive preparation work is required before starting to write a grant proposal. Grant preparation deliverables you will receive include:
